Our Support Policy
- All subscription holders and their internal users have access to our dedicated support team
- Subscribers to the Professional Plan can contact our phone support department between 8AM-4PM Monday to Friday
- We will always try to answer your questions as soon as possible, do not submit additional tickets for the same problem.
- Subscribers customers must contact their subscription holder for support
- We recommend checking our knowledge base first before opening a ticket as this can save you time
- Please ensure that you keep your computer / device up to date with the latest operating system software patches
- There are several video tutorials available for all users to view
- You may be asked to provide additional details such as your Device, Operating System and Browser Version when requesting support

- Unable to find the answer, submit a ticket in our helpdesk.
- To avoid a confusion, please use the same email address as your console login.
- Fill out the ticket form.
