  • All subscription holders and their internal users have access to our dedicated support team
  • Subscribers to the Professional Plan can contact our phone support department between 8AM-4PM Monday to Friday
  • We will always try to answer your questions as soon as possible, do not submit additional tickets for the same problem.
  • Subscribers customers must contact their subscription holder for support
  • We recommend checking our knowledge base first before opening a ticket as this can save you time
  • Please ensure that you keep your computer / device up to date with the latest operating system software patches
  • There are several video tutorials available for all users to view
  • You may be asked to provide additional details such as your Device, Operating System and Browser Version when requesting support

  2. Or you can simply follow this link: console support to browse the available guides.
  3. Unable to find the answer, submit a ticket in our helpdesk.
  4. To avoid a confusion, please use the same email address as your console login.
  5. Fill out the ticket form.
