Adding assets into your projects is fast and easy, with the ability to upload directly from your mobile phone or desktop computer in your web browser. Once your uploads are complete, users attached to the project receive a notification advising them that they can now access the assets.
When uploading you can upload assets individually, or as a zip archive into your projects. With support for file sizes of up to 4GB which are then be decompressed and assets individually processed.
Create and manage custom content libraries from your assets and allow your users access. Choose if you want to allow basic browsing and searching of assets, or you can take it a step further and turn it into a full stock bank with our cart system that users can utilise to select, arrange and optionally download or have assets sent to your editors to be assembled into a project.
Cloud Based Storage & Streaming
Utilising world leading online storage with Amazon S3 and backed by CloudFront CDN, you can store as much or as little data as you like while accessing it at blisteringly fast speeds. Your entire asset collection becomes available anywhere, any time at the click of a button or the tap of a finger.
Create your own content feeds with the channel system, then attach channels to your API Keys for consumption. The Channel/API system is designed so that you can provide external links to published projects on the web from within the project manager. Access to the channels is controlled via filters which are setup when you create your channel. Users can then easily subscribe projects to various channels based off their access levels for consumption via our Rest API.
All showcache subscribers have access to our basic Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to manage their customers information. This system is enhanced with the ability to grant users roles on a per Division or Organisation basis to control what they can see and do with the data.
Customisable User Agreements
While showcache provides various agreements pre-formatted for their purpose such as Copyright Clearance upon uploading, we understand that no two companies are the same and what works for one may not work for another. So to combat this we have created customisable user agreements, this lets you set your own terms of service for your users whether they are uploading, downloading or approving an asset. It's your business, it should be on your terms.
Take the hassle out of managing project billing with our project billing system. Easily and quickly add or remove billable items from projects, convert them to invoices upon approval or asset ingestion at your leisure. Once you are ready you can even export the invoice documents directly into Xero, or simply email them to your customer - the choice is yours.

The calendar system lets you see what is happening with your users at a glance allowing you better time management when it comes to scheduling your teams and users. Each day the system sends you a digest of the upcoming events, overdue events and events that have been completed so you always know what is going down.
Once assets are ingested into projects they can be sent through a review process where internal, external or both user groups can review an asset and provide feedback. All actions from the review process are retained in the projects activity log including any feedback left.
The product matrix lets you create your own menu for both your users and customers to order from. When creating a project users are then prompted to select from any available extras such as full hd encoding or additional assets. During the production of a project you can easily add or remove additional products/addons, even after a project is completed.

We have integrated with Dailymotion, Facebook, Flickr, LinkedIn, Tumblr, Twitter, Vimeo and Youtube to let you spend less time uploading and more time doing the things you enjoy. Schedule your posts to happen upon approval or at a later date.
All projects have a detailed activity log from the moment they are created. This activity log contains all actions within the project including when users start, pause or stop viewing an asset. This information is made available only to your internal users. Beyond this activity log the platform also provides all users with metrics for all project assets in easy to understand graphs.
